Help me in locating connections

How to and where I can filter local connections based on

Country-State-District.

Eg India-Maharashtra-Pune or Mumbai or Delhi etc

Filtering Broad to specific.

You can combine the country & zip code fields to narrow down a geographic search in the Advanced Search - People page.

It doesn't work with Canadian zip codes as they use a combination of letters and numbers, but when I plugged in an Indian zip code (400016), it showed me all the members based in the greater Mumbai area.

I was looking at top menu but failed to locate people page. Is it level 2 link?
