I can remember reading an article about a year or 2 ago that reported of a survey undertaken in the early 2000's and then again 10 years later. It reported that the most common type of PMO being implemented had changed from some 70% Centre of Excellence style in the early 2000's to around 70% full operational (delivery styled) PMOs 10 years later.

I would like to try and find that article or report again so if anyone has heard of it and can advice where I can access it again please let me know...thanks
