I'm currently working for a 20.000+ employee construction company and we are looking for a new project/process workflow system. We need functionalities like creating workflows with project gates on multiple levels with approximately 1000+ users, risk & variation forms, registers/database connections, reports & dashboards, surveys, action and checklists. We would like to connect this tool to other ERP, planning and HR systems. Do you have any ideas for software tools that I definitely need to consider? Thank you in advance.

The only ERP integrated PPM systems I'm familiar with is Oracle Primavera and SAP project mgmt.
Oracle lists Primavera under their Construction and Engineering industry group site.
Similarly with SAP Commercial Project Management.

Those would be my first two contacts to ensure they meet your org's requirements.
