Hoping to get some recommendations from the experts here. I am not a project manager and do not work on any projects as PM. I work intensely with OPPM as PfMg/Super User and previously managed other Oracle PPM software. I assist and follow up with PMs to ensure they update their projects to facilitate proper project portfolio reporting. Given that background, I would like to obtain a certification in PPM. In view that I won't have PM hours, any recommendations on what's out there for me?

I suggest going to an institute that teaches PMP courses and also visiting and attending the local PMP chapter meetings. They are great resource tools.

Hi Lavauhgn,

As I commented you, PfMP only requires Portfolio Management Experience.

Different from PgMP, where you actually need experience managing Projects and Programs.

Sent me an email: [email protected] and we can work together towards the certification.

And I will take advantage to extend the invitation to everyone interested on prepare for this certification.

Best regards
It'll be a while before I can reach out for PfMP so is there a fundamental or mid-level certification I can reach out for?
