Project Workflow Tools

I'm currently working for a 20.000+ employee construction company and we are looking for a new project/process workflow system. We need functionalities like creating workflows with project gates on multiple levels with approximately 1000+ users, risk & variation forms, registers/database connections, reports & dashboards, surveys, action and checklists. We would like to connect this tool to other ERP, planning and HR systems. Do you have any ideas for software tools that I definitely need to consider? Thank you in advance.

For project management, primavera and MSP are the best options. If you are looking for something as a ERP or link to ERP, you better consult with your current ERP service provider.

I am a fan of Project Online, but Dynamics 365 is coming on very strongly. Will the integration to MS Teams, it makes it easy for casual PMs as well as PMP.
