The Scrum Guide contains zero references to metrics.

As such most organizations will define measures which can be used to assess the value delivered, speed of delivery, product quality, and "fun factor" of delivery.

I personally have seen often story points, velocity, impediments for the scrum method.
As Kiron and Peter indicate measuring the 'value' delivered is a different animal and depends on the business and situation.
