Lisa, I think it depends on your project portfolio, so there may not be a template that works for all types of projects. For mine, I talk about the monetary size of the project, the sqft of the building, if it's new or a renovation, duration, etc. I keep a lot more data that is useful in discussion with clients (average costs per sqft for mechanical, for example) but isn't useful for a portfolio.
