I want to know What’s the best PMIS tool that has same features of MS Project and is compatible with Mac OS? Saving Changes...

If you have money to spend, there is an application called OmniPlan, which pretty much has similar features to MS Project. It can import and export MS Project files. It is pricey though - a license was about US$ 180 last time I checked. You can find it in the Mac App Store, among other project management applications.
if you are more interested in an open source solution, you can check Project Libre. Google it and you will find its download page in no time. It can also import and export Ms Project files, with some limitations.
