Looking for a simple, inexpensive solution to organize and track the progress of small scale projects. I've been looking at Asana, Trello, and Slack. I am wondering if anyone has experience or thoughts on these or suggestions of others I can look into? Projects include implementing new CRM, creating new SOPs and other projects of that nature. Any feedback or recommendations are appreciated! Thanks

I am not familiar with the solutions you have mentioned. A couple of very simple collaborative project management software platforms include Wrike and Smartsheet. I'm not sure if they will give you what you need, but they are very simple, yet collaborative.

ProjectManager.com and Teamwork.com are great online project management options which I have found provide excellent functionality at a good price.
