Can not assume the title project controller without belonging to the finance department within the organization. Stupid bureaucracy if you ask me. I am the first one assigned with a financial role within our projects so there are no current titles. My manager told me to come up with something synonym to project controller. I googled and found project financial analyst and project finance analyst being similar to project controller.
The question is, which one is most universal and correct, project financial analyst or project finance analyst?
Thank's in advance. Saving Changes...

Project financial analyst seems better to me, because the other title refers to project finance, which is a model where the project is the guarantee for the funds invested into it, which I think is not what you are talking about.
