I use as a content aggregator. I find interesting individuals to follow and gain insights that I would normally not be exposed to.

Yes, as part of a project that had a large number of stakeholders in the 3rd sector and the public, Twitter was a useful engagement and communication tool.

It took quite a lot of work to manage, but was worth it.
