What are the main differences between PMI-ACS, Prince2 Agile, Agile PM (by APMG International)? Which one to pick up if no Agile certification we have in hands?

I assume you mean PMI-ACP.

AgilePM: Focuses around the DSDM Frameworks.
Prince 2: Focuses around Project Management in controlled environments.
PMI-ACP: It is more of a generic certification which exposes you to agile in general and to the various frameworks under the agile umbrella.

If it was me, I would start with PMI-ACP.

Good Luck.

It is in general, not necessarily IT. For example, when I did my AgilePM Practitioner Exam, the scenario I got is a Construction Project and all questions were around this scenario.

Agile applies in all industries, some as a whole, others as Hybrid Agile-Traditional Approach.

I am concerned about PMP not gonna be that helpful in this Agile IT world.
:(
but already started my PMP course and will sign up for the exam soon.

Who said that ? You are probably misunderstanding something. It is an Agile world but not an Agile IT world. PMP concentrates on general project management and having this reputable certification is very good for you. While you are studying for your PMP, you will encounter many things about Agile and you will realize how far it can be applied.

I agree with Rami. PMI-ACP is the most generalist one, so it´s a good option.

I have both: PMI-ACP and DSDM AP&C (today is the high level AgilePM certification from DSDM Consortium). As Rami stated, the first is "generalistic" the last is related to a method. No matter that, in my case, each time I am deciding to spend time in getting a certification I make my own market research and I decide based on future market demands.
