While some entrepreneurs adopt a natural attitude in private life as well in business, the large majority of them show a tremendous kindness when managing project. What Ethics say about this. Is it a right strategy?

Oh, well, it is hard to answer the question. It has to do with the situation. Generally, I dont think that being kind is a breach of the code of ethics. However, it is possible. The interference of that kindness and the actual impact are important as well.

This is a business strategy since it makes many people more receptive to the entrepreneurs' ideas. Many people prefer businesses that give a personal touch', so giving it can make an entrepreneur much more appealing to customers than another entrepreneur that doesn't display warmth and gentleness.
This may appear to be dishonest or a form of manipulation, but every smile or act of kindness we display toward others could be described as manipulation as well. One's business is not one's personal life, so we can't mandate that people act the same in both situations.

Great contribution Eric, I fully agree with you. There is nothing to be ashamed of being warm, gentle and tender towards people in business as well in private life. Good will is always paying if and only if the final result is not to commit crime or any kind of damage. Thank you so much for sharing.

Affection, warmth, caring, kindness and showing concerns are important trait of leadership. This can be practiced in private life as well as in business. But in business environment one should also balance these act carefully with stakeholders for positive results. Of course these are important skills to create positive and healthy relationship, if we use it wisely. By practicing these one should be careful that this is not taken for granted. Otherwise it gives results which is not expected behind this acts.
