Does anybody have a project plan for creating a Non-Profit Organization?

Hi all:
Some fellows and me want to create a Non-Profit Organization. We have a lot of will, but little experience on the creation process (some have experience MANAGING an NPO) Does anybody have a project plan for creating a Non-Profit Organization? Maybe an WBS could help us.

Don't really have a WBS as such, but I can provide a couple of links that might be useful, since they both contain a pretty good description of the process, as well as some recommendations. The second and third are in Spanish (one actually from Perú!). Hope this helps. Best regards,
