How relevant is the Maslow Heirarchy for the under 25 and the new workforce joining in. They consider freedom, passion, creativity / innovate as a must have. Are they patient enough to recieve self actualilzation or do they start with self actualization Saving Changes...

For the world of nearly 8 billion people, Maslow Hierarchy is still relevant for sure. If you are born in a rich family with well educated and continuously motivated, inspired by good things, then you will not need to worry about food and safety. People are not definitely need to pass through lowest level to go up to the highest level. I think the top three levels in the Maslow Hierarchy model are much depended on personality and I dont think someone has to wait to be self-actualization Saving Changes...
I hope if dogs ever take over the world, and they choose a king, they don't just go by size, because I bet there are some Chihuahuas with some good ideas.
