Hello. Pickle Jar theory is a great way to picture/plan the tasks which take up our time every day. The pickle jar is your day and the jar is filled with rocks, pebbles, and sand. The rocks represent large important tasks, the pebbles are the tasks of lesser importance, and the sand represents the smaller, not important stuff that can take up the entire day if you let them.
