Nice one, Johnny.
Thanks for sharing your preferred behaviors and underlying beliefs. They are positive.
Just one thought: why does 'hard work matter'?
Is it a human value build by evolution and as such inherited by everyone or a cultural belief (some cultures are not based on it)?
It is a protestant belief, dominant in US, Japan, may be Germany, but less in France, Italy, Brazil or in Islamic countries.

Thanks for sharing. Since you said we could copy this, I am grabbing it and posting it in our work room. It will resonate well with our team.
In my opinion, hard work is a cultural and learned behavior. It is only "evolutionary" within those cultures which espouse the effectiveness of hard work.

Hi Susan. I am happy to hear that you like it. I hopes that it works for you. You can the Motivation label “HARD WORK MATTERS” every month or every quarter. The goal here is to keep everyone focused, fully engaged, and producing at a higher level. Sometimes, people lose their motivation at work. I wish much success with the board.

I love to see an acronym that fits ;)
there are some good behaviors listed there but it's not quite a system to follow.
But I'll take the positives from it - thanks for sharing ;)

Hi Carl: I was not going for an acronym or marketing gimmick but rather to find a way to keep every focused. It would if the board could be displayed on a big screen or even on a desktop screen.

Very good. What really matters is that the leaders of the organization actually practice and live by what they preach and set the example. There are plenty of "do what I say but not what I do" practitioners out there that give it good lip service. A friend who worked in Japan once told me they have a saying - "a fish rots from the head". Saving Changes...
