There is a big mistake thinking thta DevOps is something new. DevOps is a new "buzzword" to call something that is outside there from 1956. Forget about to use DevOps if you do not have Configuration Management on place.The same for other things. Agile is not about to software, IT, a process, a method and did not start with the Manifesto. You can use Agile practice with waterfall life cycle model. Is like if you decide to use Lean (while Agile and Lean are not the same). On the other side, to use something will impact the whole organization. Saving Changes...
Sergio, new is a relative term based upon where a customer is currently at with their organization, methods and processes. I understand lean manufacturing and agile concepts have been around for many years. However, SAFe, Agile and DevOps are all new concepts for my customer's customer. Our team needs to initiate organizational change to get the other stakeholders into alignment. I'm looking for resources and material, e.g. case studies, what's worked, what doesn't work, challenges to lookout for, etc. that would provide a basis to conduct change from waterfall to the new methods and processes.

Perhaps because english is not my first language I did not express very well. Just to comment I am in charge of those initiatives in my actual work place. If you are saying that you need to understand those topics because you have a client and the client is using it then go for it. There is not much to say. I'm not keen on the use of the term "Driving". Increased agility is something which people should want rather than be enforced on them.
Given the behavior and mindset changes involved, this is an organization change management exercise - pick your favorite model (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter) and apply their principles.

I completed the DSDM agile practitioner course last year. I had studied a decent selection of Agile opinions and none of the methadolagies seemed to really address the customer/stakeholder approach. Besides this the customer/stakeholders seemed to have a lack of trust for Agile due to past experiences by other non so Agile Pm's and IT misled so called experts. After the DSDM blurb had been sent to me I looked into it and was pretty impressed (I am a traditional PM with a kind of Hybrid approach to tailoring) and subsequently completed the practitioner training to get it embedded in my head. It is a very sound approach and included the customer throughout the processes with sound business input and responsibility. maybe this will help DSDM Agile.
