Shaping Change - Driving Customers from Waterfall to SAFe/Agile/DevOps

We have a product team that is Agile based. The customer leadership still thinks and plans in terms of waterfall. Can anyone recommend good study material that addresses how to introduce, communicate, shape and institute a change to SAFe and Agile at the leadership or customer level?

Nick, I agree with Andrew. You can go through the SAFe case studies and you can get a lot of information from them. Although there are other scaling agile practices prevail, SAFe has a lot of contribution in the IT industry.
