I'm working for a small company that has is looking at re-vamping how we manage our projects. We are needing one tool that does everything (or nearly everything). I'm looking for software that can be used to budget projects (using actual labor costs, MSA rates, and incorporate subcontracts + markup), where staff can do timesheets, and where my PMs can update their EACs and financials monthly. I'm also needing metric reporting - margins, profit, multipliers. Suggestions? We do large construction consulting and need to be able to plan out labor and other costs without much hassle.
