Slight difference.

Business Objective is something specific and final goal. But Business need is something general.

Business Need is a necessity and is subjective to one's own perception and thought.

Business Objective is an unbiased interpretaion of these thoughts that helps achieve the final goal.

Business Objective: The goal needed to be attained.
For Ex: The business objective is to Cut the Cost.

Business Need - The action needed to meet the business objective, or the things that will give purpose or direction to achieve the objective.
For Ex:
The business need is to reduce the cost of services/product due to competition in market.
