1. Bring them together at the very least for a kickoff meeting and ideally on a regular basis.
2. Use video conferencing via laptop webcams so everyone sees everyone else.
3. Make appropriate use of collaborative platforms such as Slack and Confluence
4. Consider the occasional collaborative multiplayer game to increase a sense of team. I'd avoid shooter games but strategy or puzzle solving ones would be great.

Hi Shadav, There are no such golden rules but yes as mentioned by Kiron all the 4 Points are critical. Additionally just a 1 on 1 simple Hi and Hello a Casual talk with team members helps a lot to build good relationship. Avoid micro managing team this will help to grow trust. Saving Changes...
