@Dinah gave you the right recommendation. See all documents there, read and understand them and just in case of doubt what helped me was to contact PMI´s customer care. Just to comment, remember that you could be selected for audit then all you declare into your application must be signed of for the people that you put there as reference. So, my recommndation is be sure that they are reachable.
