step 1 - understand the conflict. There is always 20 sides to every story and a conflict is not a conflict.
step 2 - define a strategy that best addresses the issues related to the conflict.

1- First , Getting the Whole Story- Understand the reason of conflict.
2- Focus on behavior and events not on personalities .Be neutral .
3- Summarize the areas of agreement and disagreement.
4- Discuss which areas of conflict are most important to each of you to resolve.
5- Maintain a collaborative, “let’s-work-out-a-solution” attitude.
