Hi Ruchi - The PDU reporting process is not instantaneous at this time. Auto-reported Education PDUs (formerly category A) are batch reported at least once a day (each business day), but please allow 7-10 business days processing time, as delays do occasionally occur. You will receive an email notification once the PDU has been recorded to your PDU transcript.

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out!

Hi Rajeshwari - There is no limit for the day/week. I see the PDUs were recorded to your ProjectManagement.com account and they're currently in the batch queue waiting to be batched. We typically do not batch PDUs over a weekend, so anything that was earned at that time will be batched the following Monday. Again, we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days processing times as delays to occasionally occur.

Please make sure that you view the whole recorded webinar in one session. I've had to close a webinar in mid-course. If I don't re-start it from the beginning, I usually won't get the PDU. You can pause and resume but don't close your window until you've completely viewed the webinar.
