PMI Dashboard - Certification Status

It's been more than 4 days now and every time I log into my PMI account, and go check my certifications status, I get this message displaced instead:

"Please try again later. Your myPMI dashboard will be available shortly. We appreciate your patience during this process."

Am I the only one getting this or we are all in the same boat ?

May be It is due to updation of site.

I have the same problem, but I am accessing the CCRS directly using: https://ccrs.pmi.org/ and it's working fine.

Working fine except it does not appear to be accepting input from projectmanagement.com (or the site is not processing PDUs). It displays my existing info, and accepts a manual entry for some research I was working on today, but it has not seen the webinar study I did yesterday.

yes. it is under maintenance I believe.

Rami, they started an update Friday night and the update was supposed to be taking the site down until Saturday morning. It appears to have had other, unintended effects though. I'm waiting for approval to take my exam after submitting my credentials, so I'm a little anxious too.

Hi Jon, thanks for the info. I don’t think this should affect your exam approval. It normally take 5 - 7 days before you get the approval and you will be notified by email. Good Luck

Hi Jon, thanks for the info. I don’t think this should affect your exam approval. It normally take 5 - 7 days before you get the approval and you will be notified by email. Good Luck

It's Jon, but yes that's what I thought as well. I just got off a chat conversation with PMI and while unfortunately they had MANY apologies to offer, they didn't actually have any answers to offer other than they were experience a site-wide technical error. Oh well...
