Good Day Everyone!
My name is Kathleen Alour and I am currently a student in the Doctor of Management Information Technology (DMIT) program at Lawrence Technological University, located in Southfield, Michigan (USA). My doctoral research focuses on 'analyzing the correlation between critical success factor (CSF) management maturity in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation projects and end-user satisfaction’. A hypothesis will be tested between CSF management maturity and end-user satisfaction ratings. I have conducted an extensive literature review of the topic including ERP systems, CSFs, maturity models and end-user satisfaction, which together with my own experiences over time, has enabled me to develop a preliminary assessment framework, which I would like to explore and test within an ERP systems’ 'expert' community including project management.
My aim is to conduct a web based questionnaire survey amongst ERP professionals, with intent to gather ‘real world’ experiences and test the validity of this framework.
The content of this questionnaire is confidential and will be used for doctoral research purposes only. It will not be presented in any format that could be related to any specific individual or organization.
The survey has 37 questions and should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete. If you have any questions or problems please do not hesitate to contact me at: [email protected]
I sincerely appreciate the input of your expert thoughts and experiences.
Kind Regards,
Kathy Allour

Nice Survey. Well worded questions and unambiguous definitions. It took less than 20 minutes, once I figured out what the annual revenue was. Saving Changes...
