I would like to attend the RMP Exam next month end and preparing the practice standard for project risk management , Is PMbok 6th edition applicable or PMbok 5th edition applicable in addition to practice standard for project risk management.

can you please suggest .

Use the 5th edition and PMI's Risk standard in addition to other references. They will not be updating that exam till closer to the end of 2019.
