The link they sent me goes right back to the PMXPO page on projectmanagement.com, so I'm guessing there is a point where it goes "live", closer to 0900 EDT. It is 0807 EDT as I submit this, for those in other locations who do not have to deal with our 'daylight savings' nonsense.
