In the process of applying to take the PMP exam. Are there resources available for those who need assistance with the application? Particularly with documenting their past PM experience?

Here my recommendations: 1-read and understand all related documentation mainly the handbook. 2-if you have doubts send and email to PMI“s customer care. 3-do not forget that you can be selected for audit so be sure each reference into your application is reachable.

Itās really easy if you read the handbook and outline and understand what is being asked of you. You wonāt need to pay someone for help. Iāll say use Excel spreadsheet to document your PM hours, read the handbook and reference the outline to make sure you cover all process groups in your description.
Google for "PMP Application Assistant". That's an Excel workbook which I've recommended to many of the PMP candidates whom I've supported and it has helped them to capture all the information needed for the application as well as providing a good reference document to send if your application were to be audited.
