- Predictability & consistently delivering what is expected
- Focusing not just on the what but on the how
- Taking the time to learn not just what the customer has asked for but what they really need

Based on my experiences,

- keep them informed, engage them closely.
- Build good relationship with their member.
- Be proactive, a d give them solutions not problems.
- hard work.

Show a real interest in the person.
Inform yourself about the human being before meeting.
Ask questions they are interested in.
