PDUS Awarded for PMXPO 2019 Showing 50% complete even though I watched live and on-demand 100%

My PDUS Awarded for "PMXPO 2019: The Right PMO for You" and "PMXPO 2019: Thought Leadership Series: Navigating the New Normal of Disruptive Technologies" are both showing 50% complete. I watched both of these live and watched them again on-demand first time I saw the 50% complete thinking maybe I didn't watch the entire live session, but they are still showing 50% complete.

Hi all - Please allow 14-21 business days for the PDUs to be recorded & processed. PMXPO was our largest event yet, so you can imagine how many PDUs we now have to process! If your PDUs are not showing correctly after the 14-21 business days, please reach out to [email protected]
Thanks for your patience!

I double-checked that the system captured it by looking in my "profile" tab on the PMXPO site (not your PMI or projectmanagement.com profile). Sure enough, the system generated completion certificates for every session. You can verify the same way, and then you have something to point to if it does not register properly after a few weeks.
