I am searching for a PM methodology specific for service organizations. Any tips? Thanks!

That is a very broad request. Any organization can offer services - from the street vendor selling produce, to a corporation like IBM that delivers digital solutions.
In the IT field service organizations most often follow ITIL (published by Axelos) for managing IT services, but there is no approach specifically for IT project management. Commonly organizations use whatever approach that aligns with their national standard (in the absence of a organization specific approach).
What manner of services does your organization provide?

I was in charge of Professional Service area for LATAM into three hugh companies. We used a methodology that was create by myself. Here is the point: you have to create your own method (methodology is not the right word). You have to take an approach, you have to take a process model that supports the approach (predictive or adaptive), you have to take a process life cycle that supports the process model (waterfall, iterative, spiral, incremental, etc) and with all that you can create your own method. When you have the method then you can take a tool (software or non software tool).

Marina,

You need to make your own Method adapted from other you know. I have done it a few times use the existing method from the organization and external to inspire you on making the perfect method for your need.

You may want to keep the method simple, I have simplified methods that were made complex to fit too many purposes.

It should be an interesting journey, keep us posted.

While I agree that creating your own method would be ideal, you can start with the 68-word foundations of Agile, add your company's own mission and objectives and build from there.
