Icert Global -Bangalore Office, contacted me for Project management Training for the first time about 2 years ago and since then I have been associated with Icert Global as a trainer for various Project Management /Agile courses. I have conducted classroom, corporate as well as instructor-led online courses for them. So I can say that they are not scam. When they're using names like John Miller, Sam (no last name), and some other English names that they don't seem to remember on subsequent phone calls, you 100% know it's fake.
We're in the middle of this COVID-19 madness and icert customer service thinks classes are going to happen when every potential local venues are shutting down/cancelling. "trust-worthy". OK... Saving Changes...
iCert Global is very much a legitimate company. I have NEVER had a negative experience with them. The negative comments in this thread are NOT warrented. Over the last 8 years, I have been teaching Project Management Professional Exam prep courses for iCert Global. They are a PMI Authorized Training Partner (Note: REP has been replaced by ATP). Their material is the course created by PMI - so it is current, accurate and endorsed by PMI. They have paid me on time – every time. They schedule courses for me months in advance, which allows me to deconflict my schedule to support the training. I had a serious issue with the company and I haven't received an answer from them yet. I contacted them many times and started emailing them since May 2022 and I feel they keep ignoring my emails. I registered for a training and I paid for the course and travelled to the US to attend the training but I was shocked when I discovered that nothing was arranged and I received nothing back from them. Just out of curiosity, I checked PMI's ATP provider directory. They do show up on the list as "I-Cert Global Learning Private Limited".
I can't speak to working with them. They contacted me, once, several years ago, for a last minute class, but I didn't have time so I didn't look into it. Saving Changes...
