I think you are right; self confidence and a positive attitude are the most important additional qualities for a successful PM. Let us assume a PM already has technical knowledge and is proficient with the basics in Project Management, then the twin attributes of self confidence and a positive attitude creates an atmosphere around the project where both the team and the stakeholders can thrive. Absolutely agree with you sir.
PM can lead his team when he is self-confident and handle his job with the positive mindset.
When he is having both this quality, positive work environment will be build-up that will help all the Project stakeholders to work efficiently and positively.
More-ever, punctuality is the another key for any PM. "Do the right job at right time and involve the right person in the job"
Team-building is the another key for any PM, of-course it come-up with his positive mindset.
That's it from my end.
Thanks for his wonderful question to the community. Saving Changes...

Shadav, agree that these are necessary, but not sufficient for a team leader.
Self-confidence is instilled by self-awareness, having not many blind spots and a self-image close to the perception of others.
Positive attitude/mindset comes from self-control and empathy. Self-control includes being able to avoid knee-jerk reactions and not being fearful of the future. Empathy means being able to understand and respect other's perspectives.
What you also need for a team is influencing skills, which include motivation, inspiration, persistance, authenticity.
So, we have emotional intelligence (= self-awareness, self-control, empathy and influence) as THE essential key.
Beyond that, taking an ethical base in account, I would say humility is the one attribute that shows if you are good team leader. Saving Changes...
