Hi Shadav, here are my thoughts from a career development perspective:
Strategically, one of the biggest challenges for a PM is “building their brand” (i.e. the perception of our value to others), as it largely opens and/or closes doors in your career. There are many branding segments to consider, such as: 1) Technical, Business or Hybrid, 2) Tactical or Strategic, 3) Team, Project or Program. So, to me this is probably one of the biggest challenges for a PM – but beware, you do not want your brand indelibly stamped on your forehead as that will be the only thing people see.
