Project Server 2003 - Overdue Task Notifications

I have a project plan running on Project Server 2003 that is sending out overdue task notifications to three team members (out of of 100 team members) showing tasks with finish dates of __/__/2007. However, in project pro it shows those same exact tasks with finish dates of __/__/2008.

I have tried republishing assignments, removing resources from those tasks - deleting those tasks - and re-adding, and have even restored the project plan - republished - and deleted the previous version. If anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated. I am not finding anything related to this issue online.
