I recently read a post on LinkedIn that analyzed the traits of successful people like Warren Buffet, Gates, etc. These guys never procastrinate. When they need to do something, they get on it right away. Procastrination could be an effect of lack of motivation, although other causes can exist (i.e. lack of organization, self esteem, etc.).
