Any idea for Project Management topic for PhD research?

I'm planning to do my PhD on project management. However, I have been trying to find an interesting topic that I can excel in and contribute to by my research. something that can make a difference and not just get a PhD on, if you know what I mean.
By the way, I'm more interested in the topic of scheduling in project management. However, it is not mandatory to have my research topic in this field.
I would really appreciate any feedback and/or suggestion.

Of course, this process needs to be familiar with the genetic algorithm.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, I don't have any knowledge background about genetic algorithm :(

I have been considering topics such as the impact of trust within the project team on the quality of estimations (time and budget) and how it affects the scheduling process for large projects with multiple teams with different cultural backgrounds.
