How about the question "What 3 best questions should a Project Manager prospect ask of their potential Employer/Client"?

In most client interviews, I always seek to turn the interview around since it is a joint relationship and both sides need to understand expectations of each other.

a) People management skills
b) Emotional Quotient (EQ)

I think following will be a more appropriate question:

On the first day of a new job in a project (new or on-going), what are the questions that a PM should ask.
