Manish and Andrew give solid advice. Start with their suggestions. When I have been involved with Agile transformations and training others into the agile philosophy and methodologies, there is a tendency to revert back to waterfall or previous experiences. But the people grew into getting better each sprint. As a Scrum Master, you will need to learn how to facilitate more, help the team follow agile practices and learn how to remove obstacles.
