Hello fellow peers, I have just returned from sitting my PMP prometric exam, which I am devastated to announce was a fail, this is my first attempt, I am aware that within a 1 year period you can take a total of 3 exams, however, due to my commitments this exam was scheduled at the end of this 1 year time period, there is less than 1 week before my 1 year time limit expires, can anyone confirm the minimum time before I may retake this exam again, many thanks Saving Changes...

sorry to hear about your failing in the first attempt. But be not that devastated, many aspirants do fail in the first attempt.
Regarding your eligibility period, you may contact the PMI Customer care center and ask them for a prolongation.
Mostly the do prolongate the eligibility period than by another 90 days which gives you a bit more time to repeat for your second attempt.

It is a tough test. I took it on Monday. I don't know the answer to your question, I just wanted to chime in and say don't feel bad about not passing. I know failing can leave someone depressed - don't feel that way and don't give up. Worst case, you have to go through the application again, but now you know your weak areas and can improve.
