Visit https://www.pmi.org/pmbok-guide-standards/...k/errata-sheets - you can download the current PMBOK Guide 6th edition errata sheet, and there's a reference on the right hand side to the "PMI Publications Production Supervisor" who might be able to direct you to the right person...
