Analytical thinking and leadership are two diferent things so you will face a great challenge. If you are saying that you will plan your class using project management is great. But both are on top of project management and to teach them you have to use other things than stated into the PMBOK. I am sure you are aware of that becuase if you have asked to teach those things then you are on it. Perhaps I did not understand your post.
