It does include it, but it is indentured rather than explicitly listed. If you look to the outputs of Monitor Communications, you will find some of the items in your list, which do impact the register.
The PMBoK is not a playbook. It is a number of overlapping knowledge areas like a Venn diagram. When something you expect is not present in the inputs and outputs of a given process diagram, in most cases you can look to the inputs and outputs which are provided, and when you investigate those in more detail, you find what you're looking for. That's just the nature of expansive documentation that tries to cover wide ranging highly interrelated subjects.
You could always write customer care and ask them to explicitly include it in future revisions. The worst they can say is "Thank you for your input, but..." Saving Changes...
