Why does Control Scope does not have Risk Register as an Output?

Just as most other control processes why does Control Scope does not have Risk Register as an Output?
If Control Schedule has Risk Register as an updated document If Control Costs has Risk Register as an updated document If Control Risks has Risk Register as an updated document If Quality Control has Risk Register as an updated document If Monitor and Control Project Work has Risk Register as an updated document If Control Procurements has Risk Register as an updated document If Control Resources has Risk Register as an updated document If Monitor Stakeholder Engagement has Risk Register as an updated document
Why Scope Control does NOT have Risk Register as an updated document Saving Changes...
Updates to the risk register are only made through the RM processes. As such, in the process of monitoring scope or any other M&C type process, the team might iterate back through identifying and analyzing risks resulting in updates to the register.

Hi George,
Monitor Scope means monitoring Risk, change, dependency etc for anything that might change the scope of the project/prog. The risk register is something that is monitored and not an output of that process, but is as Kiron says part of the Risk management process. Saving Changes...
The words Monitor Scope do not appear together anywhere in the PMBoK.

Keith - you're right, please read Control Scope... thanks for the catch.
Maybe you can now try giving a logical answer :)

Kiron, thanks for your reply but Risk Register is listed as outputs of 18 Processes, 22 if you include the 4 Risk Management processes where it's listed as an output... (the count could be wrong, some can give the exact count if want to :) )
But what's definitely not wrong is that Risk Register is listed as an output of 8 of the Monitor and Control processes as Project Document Updates...
Schedule
Cost
Risk
Quality
Integration
Procurements
Resources
Stakeholder
All Monitoring and Control except Monitor Communication and Control Scope.
Someone must be able to give a logical thought of this... Saving Changes...
