In fact i need a software to use in all risk management processes(identify,manage,control, analyze(qualitative and quantitative) and track) .That is what i want.

Hany -

There is no one "best" software as the risk management approach and processes are tailored to fit the needs of the a given project. Having said that, Excel tends to be a fairly commonly used tool for capturing and analyzing risk register content.
