Hello Suresh: I've had good success involving as many of the end users as possible for user acceptance testing. The more who test, the more issues can be found and resolved before going live with a new platform or function. I've also seen increasing acceptance and buy-in of a new product of system by including end users in the testing. I try to keep it very structured though, with specific instructions and limit the testing to a specific time frame.
