Shadav. You need to know what skills and knowledge you need! Then need to find the right team members and perhaps if the size of the project demands the right team leaders. Then follow up with Tuckman but with a global team culture and communication differences need to very high on your list. Be aware of those traces respect and incorporate diference and you will have a great team. Best
