I have worked as a business analyst in the financial sector for 5 years. During that time I have also managed some small projects just using MS Project and some online PM tutorials.
I would like to embark on a journey to have project management as my full time profession. I got a guide to PMP by andy crowe to learn some concepts of the PMP. But I realized that its way to advanced for me to grasp right now.
Looking for pointers on where I can take up courses or useful books for this profession. Also looking to take the PMP and more importantly be able to apply the principles of PMP in real world projects.
